Air Bags

BOSS air bags are available in a number of different sizes to suit your needs. Featuring the highest burst pressures and tested by an independant accredited testing agency, BOSS sets the standard in high pressure air bellows.
Air Struts
BOSS “Bag Over” air struts are the most advanced air strut available. With a fixed welded bag plate, steel top seal plate, flare fitting for the DOT rubber strut hose and with 10 position dampening, the BOSS “Bag Over” strut is the leader in this field.
A complete range of lengths is available to suit virtually all applications and all are available with the BOSS exclusive BELL PIVOT TOP.
Air Compressor

BOSS Air Suspension manufactures 4 sizes of 12v heavy duty air compressors specifically designed for filling air tanks and air suspension systems including our Onboard Air Systems.
All of our compressors are fully rebuildable with spare parts readily available.
Air Tanks
BOSS Air Suspension manufactures no-rust aluminium air tanks which are heat treated to T6 and anodised to a beautiful finish. Now featuring fully adjustable foot clamps so tank can be rotated in multiple directions. With a variety of sizes and configurations, BOSS is sure to have an air tank to suit your needs. Sizes range from 1 gallon to 5 gallons and are approved to Australian standards.
Onboard Air Systems
Boss Air Suspension’s On Board Air Kits are a great accessory for any vehicle, whether you need to inflate your tyres after going off road or you need to fill your load assist airbags to level your vehicle from inside the cab – we have kits that will fit all purposes!
We also have a large range of Air Management kits for controlling custom vehicle air suspension. Analogue or digital gauges, or full on self leveling systems are available.

Load Assist Kits
BOSS has been designing and manufacturing Load Assist Kits for over 16 years and while the manufacturing process is complex, the principal is simple. The Air bag system sits on top of, or next to the leaf spring, or in the case of coil suspension, alongside the coil to help the vehicle stay level when loaded. We embed our technology DNA into each and every kit from the vehicle specific brackets to the strongest and toughest air bags in the industry, we don’t compromise on quality.

BOSS load assist kits are available around the world and are individually designed to suit a huge range of Australian, American, European, Asian Utes, Vans, Pick up trucks and 4 x 4s. The easy install design means fast installation and no drilling in 99% of cases.
Our BOSS Coil assist kits sit the air bag neatly next to the coil spring to give you the best of both worlds when it comes to ride. Our extensive range of 2400, 2500 and 2600 Air Bags fit hundreds of applications. Our unique Bag and Plate combination or full coil replacement kits enable vehicles to carry their rated weights safely fixing the problem of suspension sag and poor handling plus inflation can be done with a simple inflation panel or remotely with one our many convenient on-board air inflation kits.
